These whimsical 80cm long charm necklaces were lovingly handmade in Kenya by the Artisan Fashion initiative in collaboration with Karen Walker, from acrylic yarns, glass beads and recycled brass.
The Agape Hope Children Centre helped to produce these in Nairobi. The centre engages 21 women who work to support the school and the 113 orphaned children currently residing on the property. For this Karen Walker Babou's Revenge collection, the women were trained on new skills and worked on the tassle for the Babou Tassle Earrings and the beading for these necklaces.

Sizes displayed on this website for clothing are NZ/AUS. If you're an international shopper you can use the chart below to convert into your local size.
Your ring should fit your finger comfortably; snug enough so that it will not fall off, but loose enough to slide over your knuckle. Your finger size changes depending on the time of day and the temperature. For best results measure your finger size: At the end of the day and when your fingers are warm (Fingers are smaller in the early morning and when cold.) Measure your finger size 3 to 4 times to eliminate a far out reading.
Women’s rings typically range from size 3 to 9. The most sold ring sizes are from size 5 to 7. Size 6 would be the most popular ring size.
If it's a surprise (the best kind) ask your significant other’s friends or mum if they know her finger size. See if you can sneakily borrow one of her other rings (from the correct finger) and use the ring measurements against our ring size guide to determine its size.
